If you see that Xsens MVN does not recognize the gloves anymore:


You need to check if the gloves are working correctly in Manus Core 1.9.0. If yes, click on your dongle to see if you have a CoreXO license on your dongle. You might still have a Polygon one. 


In November 2021 Manus changed the licensing system, and all Xsens Gloves users are eligible for a new license. 


To receive a license file, contact Manus support and mention your dongle ID (see the screenshot above). 

Once you have the license file, you can upload it to your dongle in Manus Dashboard:

This should resolve your issue with MVN integration, and your gloves should be recognized again:
